Certificate of Accreditation

Congratulations! Your successful completion of the previous steps renders your site fully compliant with Standards, and your facility will be issued a certificate of accreditation. 

We will share a notice of your facility’s certificate of accreditation with the Ontario Ministry of Health (MOH), and your facility name will be added to the growing list of sites that have achieved Standards.
