By now, you’ve received a final report. Most times, the report includes corrective actions required based on the observations made during the case reviews and on-site review. These recommendations highlight gaps identified that currently prevent your facility from meeting the Standards. We provide corrective action prompts to help you improve processes, practices, frameworks, environment and equipment usage, so that your facility meets the best practices described in the Standards.
