Accreditation Canada is proud to be developing an enhanced oversight and quality assurance program for current and future community surgical and diagnostic centres in Ontario. We are bringing over 65 years of experience in setting health care standards and conducting independent, third-party assessments focused on quality and safety of patient care. To get there, we need your expertise and experience.

The EQI Program is an accreditation process for adult echocardiography to ensure that each facility aligns with the Standards for Provision of Echocardiography in Ontario.
