Client Testimonials
"I must admit that for years we were struggling with the concept and skills needed to perform a valuable internal audit for our labs. I simply wanted to take this opportunity to say that the IQMH Internal audit course helped me tremendously. As soon as I returned I started planning for a full internal audit of our lab facilities. After selecting our auditors, I started with a full day training which included internal audit theory and practice. The tips and tools (i.e., audit approach, audit questions, audit wording etc.) offered by the audit course was incredibly helpful to us. I planned everything as instructed and we performed a full internal audit of our 4 sites which lasted a full 6.5 days. The auditors did great and felt very confident in their role. Needless to say, our internal audit was a success and everyone (i.e., a quality counterpart in NB) is asking me how we managed to do this with such a good structure and quality. I tell them that your internal audit course is the best 3-day education your lab will ever invest in."
"Now that we have at least one person from each site as a graduate of the Internal Audit Course, each site is able to train additional staff and perform their own audits. In the future, we would like to have staff travel to the various sites to perform audits, share information and learn new things from each site.
We have found that the more staff become involved in the process, the better the “buy in”.
The new thing that our class brought back from the training was to look at process flow. One of the labs made some changes to the work flow and are now looking at rearranging their equipment to improve work flow based on input from staff while performing the audit."
