"Taking this Blueprint course has been an eye opener. Regardless of when we are able to make this happen, it has helped me to see that this will be the direction that we need to go in. This program will elevate our own quality within our profession but as well as our ability to improve our quality of care for our clients that we serve." "While I have always been concerned about quality; this course taught me different ways to address some of our issues and demonstrated the importance of documentation. My curiosity has been stimulated and the course was definitely worthwhile."
"I found all of it valuable!"
