Target Audience Laboratory and diagnostic imaging leaders preparing for an accreditation assessment visit as part of the AC Diagnostics ISO 15189 programs. This class is a full exploration of this topic and is suitable for beginners to the concepts.
Note: This class is not applicable to participants in the ICHSC quality assurance program.

Course Completion
An eight-hour workshop offered in four parts to help facilities prepare for their first accreditation assessment event, or to prepare for a re-assessment.

It is intended for leaders or directors of a medical laboratory or diagnostic medicine service who want to elevate their quality management system.
The sessions will be interactive, relevant, and practical. You will leave us with tools, tips and invaluable insight about the accreditation process.
Delivery
The course is designed and delivered by an expert trainer from AC Diagnostics. Delivery techniques will utilize interesting and relevant case studies, combined with engaging exercises that will draw upon those years of experience. All materials will be provided in electronic form.
A one-hour, multiple-choice exam can be completed electronically following the course. Participants are required to indicate interest in the exam on registration. Certificates for individuals choosing this option will indicate successful completion of the exam. All other participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
