This course provides a comprehensive introduction to document management and is suitable for those who are new to the topic.

After completing the course, you may return to any topic at any time for review without sequence restrictions to refresh your knowledge and support ongoing improvement.
  • Knowledge Checks: Knowledge check questions appear throughout the course. You must answer each question correctly before moving forward. There is no limit on the number of attempts.
  • Completion Time: The course takes approximately four to five hours to complete.

Participants will receive templates, tools, and practical guidance to share at their workplace to support document management within a medical laboratory or diagnostic imaging service and to meet AC Diagnostics or ISO 15189 requirements.
