Appeals

Facilities have the right to appeal accreditation assessment and associated decisions regarding accreditation status. Appeals must be submitted within 10 business days of receipt of the Summary Report and are submitted through QView™. Appeals are reviewed by a multi-disciplinary and impartial panel. 

Complaints
