The current version (version 8) of the Accreditation Requirements and Guidance Information document is due for a complete review to ensure continued suitability considering changes to the referenced documents and current methodologies.

All laboratory professionals are invited to review the current requirements, discuss their impact, and provide input to Accreditation Canada Diagnostics. Your comments will be tabulated and presented to our Scientific Committees and Advisory Panel members as part of an extensive consultation process that will culminate in the release of Version 9 of the Requirements.
