We’re delighted to welcome May Liu as our newest Diagnostic Imaging Staff Technologist. With more than 25 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, May brings a wealth of clinical, operational, and strategic expertise across MRI, CT, X-ray, and PET/MR services. Her career pairs hands-on knowledge with a strong record of leading quality improvement, strengthening operations, and advancing patient-centred care in complex health care settings. She has guided equipment procurement and technology evaluations, introduced Lean process improvements, and led multidisciplinary unionized teams at organizations including University Health Network and William Osler Health System.

May is passionate about making health care safer, more equitable, and consistently high quality. Grounded in evidence-informed practice, continuous improvement, and collaborative leadership, she takes a systems-focused approach to connecting clinical excellence with organizational priorities. Her leadership helps teams perform at their best while supporting dependable, patient-centred diagnostic imaging services.
