As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline processes and improve access to accreditation documents, Accreditation Canada Diagnostics is transitioning to digital-only accreditation certificates. 

Accreditation certificates and applicable scopes of accreditation will no longer be printed/mailed. Instead, all certificates are now issued digitally and made available through QView™, our secure online client portal. Facilities can access and download a printable copy of their certificate and scope directly from their QView™ folder at any time. 

Please refer to Position Statement - Use of ISO 15189 Plus-Combined ILAC MRA Mark and Claims of Accreditation - FR for guidance on ensuring quality printing.  

Accredited facilities will continue to be listed on Accreditation Canada Diagnostics’ List of Accredited Facilities, and each certificate continues to clearly indicate its expiry date and the conditions under which accreditation remains valid. 

This approach ensures timely access to your accreditation documents while supporting a more efficient and sustainable process.
