The Accreditation Journey 

The EQI process follows a structured workflow:

2. On-site assessment: Assessors observe workflows, evaluate equipment, and review archived cases. 
3. Feedback and action: Facilities receive a detailed site report and improvement plan. Upon meeting requirements, they achieve earn accreditation, which is re-assessed every four years to keep pace with evolving standards
