Echocardiography Quality Improvement (EQI) Program  

An accreditation process for adult echocardiography to ensure that each facility aligns with the Standards for Provision of Echocardiography in Ontario. The EQI Program is currently funded by the Government of Ontario and is available to all facilities in Ontario providing echocardiography services.
